SUNDAY, AUGUST 26TH 5-8 PM UAHS ORCHESTRA PICNIC – UAHS Cafeteria
Our annual picnic will take place in the HS Cafeteria. It’s important that all students attend and bring at least
one parent. We’ll be doing uniform/shoe fittings, Yard sign orders, volunteer sign-up, and going
over important information for the year.

 

All students needing a uniform MUST be present to get
measured!! Please bring a dish to share as noted below. Sandwiches, cake, and drinks will be provided by
Upper Arlington Orchestra Parent Association.

 

Additionally, we need volunteers to help at the tables that night
so please use the following Sign-up Genius link if you are able to assist.
• Last Names A-F: Salad or Fruit
• Last Names G-T: Side Dish
• Last Names U-Z: Dessert

We will also be collecting cello and bass usage fees ($50 check payable to UAHS Orchestra). Mr. and Mrs. Zunic will go over important information for the year.
