Paint Colors
Ashley Park paint books contain the original paint colors of the homes. There are several ways to view the paint books: View online, visit Dunn Edwards at 1514 E. Ray Rd in Gilbert, go to the property manager's office (Sentry Management) during normal business hours, make an appointment with a HOA Board member - email paintbookreview@ashleyparkhoa.org (include full name and phone number).

Most Commonly Violated CC&Rs
- Yard Maintenance: Homeowners should mow their lawn and pull weeds weekly.
- Trash/Recycle Containers on the Street: Homeowners should put containers out the evening prior to pickup and bring them in the same evening following pickup.
- Street Parking: Overnight street parking is not permitted within Ashley Park.


Reporting Neighborhood Issues
Homeowners can direct any Association-related complaints or issues to the property management company. To report a parking violation, fax or mail a Parking Violation Form to the property manager. Please direct any civil (homeowner to homeowner) issues to the appropriate city or government agency. If you are not sure whom to contact, feel free to ask the management company for direction.
